ISIS Leader Possibly Injured

Chris Birch

ISIS’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was reportedly wounded during airstrikes against ISIS held territories. The Iraqi government stated on national television that Baghdadi was injured without elaboration. Pentagon officials however have not shared much information about the situation. A spokesperson for the Pentagon said that they don’t have much information and can’t confirm that he has been injured.

My thoughts on the situation about ISIS and having it’s leader being injured isn’t ISIS just going to get a new leader and go on being a threat in the Middle East. I think it’s great that the Iraqi government is trying to take matters into their own hands. Even though we do have to helped them out, it’s a step i  the right direction at least.
What do you think we should do about ISIS?

Do you think other countries than the US and NATO to solve the problem?
